Our expertise is founded in the machining of precision microwave housings. Since our inception in 1989, Microtool Inc. has maintained its focus of machining precision copper, aluminum, brass and stainless RF enclosures.

We also provide precision lens manufacturing from plastic materials that include Rexolite, Acetal, ABS, polyethylene, UHMW, acrylic and PVC.

Our focus in these areas allows all of our employees to become familiar with the details required to build precision microwave cavities efficiently in these materials. Because of our concentration in the microwave and millimeter wave industries, we have the ability to be very competitive in pricing while producing extremely high quality components.
